NAB welcomes a Full-time Branch Manager to lead our Wangaratta branch, driving customer-centric service and sales excellence. Your role focuses on staff coaching, performance management and delivering consistent customer experiences across the branch network.

You will shape the branch culture, mentor the team, and collaborate with the broader retail division to achieve business objectives while upholding NAB’s standards and values.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential
• Customer-centric thinking
• Ability to influence, coach, and work collaboratively with your team
• Passion for delivering an amazing customer experience with quality and going the extra mile
• Keen eye for detail to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately

Responsabilidades

• Working efficiently and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
• Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; ensuring your team delivers this every time
• Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
