Job summary

Flick Anticimex in Australia is seeking a Customer Care Agent to contact existing customers to upgrade or schedule services and to convert incoming leads into Flick customers. You will follow a clear sales process to achieve the best outcomes for Flick and its customers.

The role requires outbound sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, autonomous approach. Training is provided and opportunities for career development exist within our global company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing.
• Experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as a positive member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all required outbound and inbound calls according to KPI's and targets provided by Flick.
• Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained.
• Transition and or upgrade current customers to Flick's most suitable new services.
• Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented.
• Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Support the branch with administrative tasks.
