The role emphasizes building positive relationships, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Onsite parking available; Monday to Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
