Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Support customer engagement, sales or retention through outbound calls
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Provide information about Flick’s products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience
• Provide accurate quotations and secure bookings
• Support client retention and help customers find practical solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to support service delivery
• Contribute to team KPIs across customer service, sales, retention and CX outcomes
