Flick Anticimex is expanding our Rockhampton team and hiring Customer Care Agents to help us keep pace with high demand. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional service, and convert enquiries into bookings and long-term customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to persuade and build rapport.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning, comfortable using CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call centre or sales experience preferred (not essential).
