Job summary

Yamaha Motor Finance Australia is seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Officer to join the Customer Service Team on a 12-month contract based at Wetherill Park, NSW. You will handle inbound and outbound enquiries, refer to Direct Sales as needed, and manage complaints under the NCCP and Privacy Act frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a good team player, and perform under pressure while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with YMF policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound enquiries as directed.
• Refer existing and new customer enquiries for YMF products to Direct Sales.
• Manage all complaints as per YMF Complaints Policy.
• Provide professional and courteous Customer Service to all internal and external customers.
• Achieve targets as set by Supervisor and Manager to maintain business productivity.
• Review customer loan accounts for discrepancies.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with YMF Credit Policy.
• Assist customers in rectifying discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Identify potential hardship enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with NCCP, Privacy Act Laws and Regulations in Australia and New Zealand and any other Legislation as required.
