Toyota Finance Australia invites applications for a Customer Operations Representative at our Scoresby office. You will engage with customers to resolve car loan and insurance queries across brands, handling up to 50–60 interactions daily in a fast-paced contact centre open 8:30am–7pm Monday to Friday.

The role offers a hybrid arrangement with 2 onsite days per week, comprehensive benefits, and clear development paths inside a supportive, customer‑driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to confidently manage challenging customer conversations in a professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or KPI-driven environment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Confidence using multiple systems simultaneously.

• Engage with customers to provide solutions to their car loan & insurance queries
• Assist our customers to meet their vehicle finance needs
• Always provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results
• Meet the high standards expected within our culture and customer expectations such as call handling times and call quality
