Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Administrator to handle daily customer service inquiries, support Account Managers and the Service Admin Team from Lane Cove West NSW.

This on-site role runs 5 days a week with hours from 12:30 to 17:00, focusing on timely communication, order accuracy, and policy compliance while leveraging SAP where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer inquiries and interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Take ownership of sales orders from start to finish within assigned territories, ensuring efficient management and coordination.
• Review each order/revenue before it is booked into ERP for completeness and compliance per Rev Rec Policy and DOA.
