Job summary

Keune Australia in Sydney's Huntingwood team is seeking a friendly Customer Service Administrator to support our three brands—Keune, Airyday and CXCosmetics—with orders, enquiries and general service excellence. You’ll work closely with our road sales team across Australia and New Zealand, helping customers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth behind‑the‑scenes operations in SAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, processing orders and providing general support.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and maintain accurate customer records in SAP.
• Support Sales Reps on the road and coordinate with the wider team.
• Process, monitor and follow up orders and credits in SAP.
• Provide general administration and office support to the team.
