National Home Loans Group is seeking a confident, outgoing individual to join our small team and support the Senior Mortgage Broker. You will be the friendly voice, speaking with new customers, building relationships and moving loan applications from start to finish.

The role involves onboarding interviews, handling calls and emails, and assisting with daily broker tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training provided. Melbourne area

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service over the phone.
• Confident making outbound calls and building rapport.
• Able to multitask and stay organised during busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Call new leads and onboarding interviews.
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Follow up customers and collect documents for file progress.
• Keep loan applications moving and customers informed.
• Manage calls, emails and outstanding tasks; support broker.
• Assist the broker with day-to-day activities.

We're looking for a confident, outgoing and organised person to join our small team and work directly alongside our Senior Mortgage Broker.

You’ll be the friendly voice of our business, speaking with new customers, building relationships and keeping loan applications moving from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Calling new leads and conducting onboarding interviews
• Managing customer relationships and delivering excellent service
• Following up customers and collecting documents
• Keeping loan applications progressing and customers informed
• Managing calls, emails and outstanding tasks
• Supporting our broker with day-to-day activities

About you

• Previous phone-based customer service experience
• Confident making outbound calls and building rapport
• Friendly, enthusiastic and professional
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask
• Someone who takes initiative and gets things done
