Client Services Administrator – Mortgage Broking

The Mortgage Suite – Baldivis, WA

Monday to Friday | Based in our Baldivis office

The Mortgage Suite is a leading mortgage broking office in Baldivis, and we’re continuing to grow. We’re all about exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients, not just processing transactions.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking school hours, long-term stability, and the opportunity to grow within the mortgage industry.

About the Role

You’ll be the engine room of the business, preparing, tracking and keeping mortgage applications moving smoothly through the system, while supporting both our brokers and clients from application through to settlement.

• Contacting clients to gather required documents
• Data entry and file management
• Preparing mortgage applications
• Checking documents for accuracy and completeness
• Preparing property reports for annual client reviews
• Tracking loan applications from submission through to settlement
• Following up clients and banks to progress applications
• Liaising with lenders to organise settlements
• General filing and administrative support

About You

No mortgage industry experience is required — full training will be provided.

You’ll be well suited to this role if you:

• Are confident and happy speaking with customers
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using computers and learning new systems, as this is a highly tech-driven role with most of the day spent working on a computer.
• Are proactive with follow-ups and enjoy seeing tasks through to completion
• You enjoy a collaborative environment but can work independently to get things done.
