Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief for the Woy Woy Branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through inquiries and banking options, while supporting nearby branches as needed.

This is a full-time relief role requiring travel to Erina, Gosford, Bayview Bay, and Tuggerah branches. The successful candidate will greet customers, educate them on in-branch digital banking, and help ensure smooth branch operations while delivering

• Full time opportunity
• 38 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
• Relief: In addition to supporting the Woy Woy Branch, the successful candidate will also support the Erina, Gosford Bateay Bay & Tuggerah Branches - reasonable travel required

• Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to theappropriate channel
• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance theirexperience
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’srunning effectively & efficientlyandthatcustomers are satisfied with their experience
