Job summary

Commonwealth Bank Brookside Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief for a permanent part-time roster of 25 hours per week, 11:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. This relief role will support the wider Brisbane City and Inner region branches, with reasonable travel required to cover across sites.

As the public face of CommBank, you’ll greet customers, understand their enquiry, and guide them to the right channel.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel.
• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience.
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
