Job summary

CommBank's Retail Banking Services in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief for a permanent part-time role (25 hours per week). The roster runs 11:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with travel to support other Brisbane City and Inner region branches.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will greet enquiries, guide them to the appropriate channel, demonstrate in-branch technology and digital options, and help maintain smooth branch operations while delivering

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
• Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
• The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
• Provide options for the customer through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively and efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
