You will assist customers with Home Loans, Business Banking, and Digital options, while processing enquiries and credit applications.

This part-time role (20 hours/week) requires roster coverage and travel to nearby branches, promoting informed financial decisions with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
• Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions and place the customer at the centre of everything.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options.
