Job summary

NAB in Kerang, VIC is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor to cover the Kerang branch and support Cohuna and St Arnaud when required. Hours are 9:00am–2:00pm, four days per week.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, assist with account openings, lending basics, and everyday banking, while promoting Smarter Banking options for a simple, secure experience. A license and transport are preferred for branch coverage.

• Support NAB’s Horsham and surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers.

• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
