Job summary

NAB Kerang Branch is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support our North West Victorian branches with travel as needed. Based in Kerang, you will work 4 days per week, 9:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday, with mileage paid for travel to Cohuna and St Arnaud.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with account opening, banking transactions, and showcasing Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, secure and convenient.

Responsibilities

• Support NAB's Horsham and surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure
