Job summary

NAB is seeking a Banking Customer Advisor for a part-time Leave & Relief role based in Horsham, VIC. You will support the Horsham Branch and travel to Warracknabeal, Nhill, Rainbow, and Edenhope branches as needed, with mileage paid.

The role emphasizes delivering gold‑standard customer service and guiding customers through accounts, lending, and everyday banking tasks. Working 4 days per week from 9:00am to 4:15pm, you will help maintain seamless customer experiences across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate banking transactions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers at Horsham and nearby branches.
• Identify suitable banking products and services for customers (accounts, lending, transactions).
• Promote Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to simplify banking for customers.
