Job summary

NAB is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time Leave & Relief role based at the Horsham Branch in Victoria. The position involves four days per week, 9:00am to 4:15pm, with the need to travel between Horsham, Warracknabeal, Nhill, Rainbow and Edenhope branches to support planned and unplanned leave.

Mileage is reimbursed. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions, while promoting Smarter Banking options

Responsibilities

• Supporting NAB’s Horsham and surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identifying the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrating our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure
