Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school plan.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and delivery across year levels.
• Develop and implement professional development for teaching staff.
• Oversee staff performance and development processes.
• Demonstrate and model high-quality teaching to support student outcomes.
• Contribute to policy development and school leadership priorities.
