Job summary

Bacchus Marsh Primary School in Victoria is seeking leading teachers to support high expectations, leadership and management across the school. You will coordinate staff, model effective teaching practices and drive school-wide improvement in literacy and numeracy.

As a leader, you will contribute to curriculum development, staff development, and policy implementation within the school and will engage with the broader Department's priorities, while upholding child safe standards and inclusive

Qualifications

Must be eligible for provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
Demonstrated experience in curriculum areas specified for the position.
Ability to lead and manage staff with independence and professional engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school plan.
Lead curriculum planning and delivery across key learning areas.
Provide professional development and coaching for teaching staff.
Oversee staff performance and development processes.
Contribute to policy development and school governance.
