Job summary

Beel Welding in Bells Creek, QLD, is seeking Boilermakers - Fabricator Welders for day shift (6:00am–2:00pm). Join a small metal fabrication shop on the Sunshine Coast producing structural steel components.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of structural fabrication experience and be capable of MIG welding 1.2 mm wire, plus reading fabrication drawings. Role involves following directions, maintaining safety, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fabrication experience in structural steel.
• Bare Wire 1.2 mm (GMAW) MIG welding test readiness.
• Experience reading workshop fabrication drawings.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely in a team.
• Reliable with stable work history and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel components per drawings.
• Weld using MIG (GMAW) 1.2 mm as required.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings for production.
• Maintain safety and work collaboratively with the team.
• Assist with material handling and setup; OT possible.
