Job summary

Workforce Success is hiring experienced Boilermakers and Fabricators for immediate starts in Brisbane's western suburbs, with a path to permanent roles for the right candidates.

Roles involve fabrication and welding of heavy industry structures, MIG and Stick welding, reading drawings, and both workshop and onsite installation work across sugar mill, abattoir, mining, and industrial machinery sectors. Trade-qualified or highly experienced fabricators are urged to apply.

Qualifications

• Trade Qualified Boilermaker or highly experienced fabricator.
• Ability to follow welding procedures and engineering specs.
• Willingness to work a mix of site and workshop-based work.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of structures, machinery, and parts/components.
• MIG and Stick welding in both workshop and onsite environments.
• Manufacture and install equipment for production machinery, fixed plant, and heavy transport.
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.
• Working independently and within team environments to meet deadlines.

Locations: Redbank and Darra

• Stainless and Mild Steel Fabrication

• Working across sugar mill, abattoir, mining, and industrial machinery sectors

What We're Looking For
