Job summary

JOBSTAR PTY LTD in Caboolture is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator/Sheetmetal worker/Fitter/Welder for a permanent, full-time role. You will work with a team committed to quality and safety, with opportunities to advance skills and tickets.

You must be trade qualified with at least 2 years of trade experience, be able to read workshop drawings, and be willing to work in both workshop and on-site settings, including some weekend/night shifts.

Job Description

Experienced and motivated Metal Fabricator/Sheetmetal worker/Fitter/Welder required in a well-established Metal Fabrication Business in Caboolture. Our company is a place where you will work with like minded people, level up your skills and advance your knowledge in the industry. We pride ourselves on quality work and our reputation.

As an employee, you will be giving opportunities to complete advanced tickets in the trades such as rigging, confined space training, working at heights and dogman. Successful applicant must be a trade qualified metal fabricator with at least 2 years trade experience and be able to read workshop drawings. Be prepared to work in a workshop and on site as required.

Full-time position but needs to be flexible with hours. Essential to be available for some rostered weekends and night work. Have a good attitude and work ethics.

Must be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team Have a diverse range of heavy metal trade experience and knowledge. Would be beneficial to have some fitting experience also.

Must have own transport Current Working at Heights and EWP ticket and/or a forklift license would be of an advantage
