Job summary

a&co Recruitment Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a Culture Specialist in Western Australia to lead culture uplift and organisational development within a major enterprise transformation program. You will partner with People, Safety, Change, Communications, Strategy and Transformation teams to drive leadership-aligned culture initiatives.

Key activities include diagnostics, future-state culture design, interventions, and stakeholder engagement to embed desired behaviours and employee experience

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct culture diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience with organisational development and culture transformation in large environments.
• Strong capability in diagnostics, culture assessments and behavioural analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conducting culture assessments and diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Analysing cultural strengths, risks and opportunities and turning insights into practical recommendations
• Supporting the design of future-state culture frameworks, behaviours and ways of working
• Developing and implementing OD and culture interventions that drive adoption and engagement
• Facilitating workshops, discussions and engagement sessions with leaders and key stakeholders
• Contributing to integrated culture, change and communication strategies
• Creating culture measures, reporting and insights to track progress and effectiveness
• Providing specialist advice on culture transformation, organisational effectiveness and employee experience
