Westpac Group is seeking an Executive Manager, Leadership & Culture to lead culture and organisational development across a large, complex banking group. Hybrid Sydney-based role partnering with senior leaders to translate culture challenges into practical solutions that drive lasting behavioural change.
You will diagnose issues, shape culture plans, and deliver leadership initiatives that shift mindsets and improve performance at scale.
At Westpac, culture is one of our most important strategic assets. It shapes how we are customer obsessed, always curious and win together. We know leaders are culture multipliers, influencing the behaviours and experiences that shape our culture everyday. That’s why we are investing in the team driving our leadership and culture ambition.
We're looking for an experienced culture and organisational development specialist to join our Leadership & Culture team. You'll work with leaders and teams across the Group, combining deep culture expertise, strong consulting skills and a practical approach to change at scale.
As a trusted adviser, you'll diagnose what is driving business and culture challenges, identify where action will have the greatest impact, and take solutions from initial problem definition through to delivery and evaluation.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that is passionate about creating meaningful change and helping our people, teams and leaders perform at their best.
You're an experienced culture, leadership and organisational development practitioner with a strong understanding of what drives behaviour and performance in complex organisations. You can move comfortably between strategic thinking and practical delivery, and you bring sound judgement, curiosity and a clear focus on outcomes.
Experience in financial services, consulting, or significant culture transformation would be highly regarded.
If you're passionate about culture, leadership and creating lasting behavioural change, we'd love to hear from you.
We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal. In return we’re committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country. Here are just a few of the ways we’re already doing that:
