Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking an experienced program leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives in Fraud & Scams and Financial Crime. You will guide leadership teams, navigate complexity and translate strategy into delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.

You'll build high-performing teams, establish governance, manage budgets and engage with stakeholders across business, risk, operations and technology to realise benefits and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience delivering programs in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and facilitation skills.
