OKX is a leading crypto exchange, building a broad affiliate network and partnerships program from its offices worldwide. The role focuses on sourcing and managing affiliates and partners, negotiating terms, and optimizing campaigns to drive acquisition in the crypto space.

We value data-driven decision making, experience with analytics tools, and the ability to scale affiliate initiatives from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing/business development in digital assets or related sector.
• Experience building large affiliate networks end-to-end.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and KPIs.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Amplitude.

Responsabilités

• Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners for OKX across online and in-person events.
• Build the business case for signing affiliates, including contract terms and execution.
• Negotiate terms and manage relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Develop, manage and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve performance.
