Job summary

OKX in Sydney, Australia is seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing/BD professional to grow our network of affiliates and partners. You will build strategic partnerships, negotiate terms, and manage campaigns to drive customer acquisition in crypto.

You will leverage data to optimize performance, report on results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale affiliate growth in a dynamic crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development in digital assets or related sectors.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Results-oriented with ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude.
• Understanding of affiliate KPIs and optimization methods through data analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of affiliates and partners to refer audiences to OKX.
• Build business cases for signing affiliates for online and in-person events.
• Negotiate commercial terms and enable contract execution with partners.
• Develop, manage and optimize affiliate campaigns and improve performance.
