Qualifikationen

• Methodical and organized approach to tasks with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, Teams, OneNote & Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Full-time work rights in Australia.
• Previous travel/tourism experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Assist with recruitment and training of staff for turnaround services.
• Prepare and publish turnaround day schedules with daily run sheets.
• Serve as point of contact for staff inquiries and suggestions.
• Lead terminal walk-throughs and first shift orientation for new staff.
• Maintain staff database with accurate information.
• Provide after-hours contact for staff when needed.
• Handle data entry, turnaround reporting, and spreadsheet work.
• Oversee lost luggage processes and liaise with courier companies.
