Job summary

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Port Delivery Agent to coordinate pre-, post- and overland land-program tours. You will manage supplier bookings, hotel allocations, transport, tour directors and on‑the‑ground logistics for a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities include liaising with port authorities and cruise line clients, preparing itineraries and briefs, and handling day-of operational issues.

Qualifications

• Methodical and organized approach with high accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, OneNote & Outlook).
• Comfortable leading change and managing ambiguity.
• Able to solve problems independently and suggest improvements.
• Helpful, flexible and professional personality with strong communication.
• English fluency in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end planning for pre-cruise, post-cruise and overland programs.
• Arrange hotel allocations, rooming lists, and check-in/out requirements.
• Coordinate transport providers, schedules, pickup points and contingencies.
• Liaise with port authorities, cruise line contacts and suppliers on requirements.
• Prepare and distribute itineraries, confirmations and briefing documents.
• Monitor day-of delivery and resolve delays, issues or changes.
• Capture feedback and support post-program checks for improvements.
• Plan supplier communications and information for guest arrivals.
• Book Tour Directors and Guides and ensure documentation is shared.
• Provide feedback to Port Operations Manager from operations.
