TUI in Sydney seeks a Pre, Post & Overland Executive to coordinate day-to-day operational delivery of Land Program tours within our cruise ground handling business. You will manage supplier bookings, hotels, transport, and guides while liaising with port authorities and cruise line clients for a seamless guest experience.

• Methodical and organized approach to tasks with high accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to solve problems independently and suggest improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end planning for pre-cruise, post-cruise and overland programs.
• Arrange hotel allocations, rooming lists and check-in/out requirements.
• Coordinate transport providers, schedules and contingency options.
• Liaise with port authorities, cruise line contacts and local suppliers.
• Prepare itineraries, confirmations, manifests and staff briefs.
• Monitor delivery and handle day-of issues with escalation when needed.
• Capture feedback and support continuous improvement.
• Plan supplier updates and share information ahead of guest arrival.
• Book Tour Directors and Guides and share all required documentation.
• Work with Port Operations Manager to feedback operational details.
