TUI in Sydney is seeking a Pre, Post & Overland Executive to coordinate day-to-day operational delivery of our Land Program tours, including pre-cruise, post-cruise and overland programs. You will manage supplier bookings, hotel allocations, transport, guides and on-the-ground logistics with port authorities and cruise line clients to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Have a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook) to high standards.
• Comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
• Ability to solve problems independently and suggest improvements to ways of working.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to work in Australia for a multi-month (6-month) contract.
• Travel experience in travel/tourism is advantageous.
• This role requires travelling to different ports in Australia, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end operational planning for pre-cruise, post-cruise and overland programs.
• Arrange hotel accommodation allocations, rooming lists, special requests and check-in/out requirements.
• Coordinate transport providers, schedules, pickup points, timings and contingencies.
• Liaise with port authorities, cruise line contacts and local suppliers on requirements and constraints.
• Prepare and distribute operational documentation to internal teams and partners.
• Monitor delivery and handle day-of operational issues with escalation when needed.
• Capture feedback, complete post-program checks and support continuous improvement.
• Plan and update suppliers on confirmed bookings and share information ahead of guest arrival.
• Book Tour Directors and Guides and ensure all documentation is created and shared.
• Work closely with the Port Operations Manager to provide feedback.
