Responsibilities

• Support the Program Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate Tour Leader schedules and travel arrangements.
• Maintain tour leader records and databases with accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for each tour departure and post-trip reporting.
• Provide after-hours emergency support on a roster basis.
