Job summary

C!NC in The Rocks, NSW is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a high performing team at Cruise Bar & Restaurant, overseeing a busy, licensed venue with a superb harbour view. This hands-on, fast paced role focuses on guest experience, staff development and seamless operations.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, ensure RSA and RCG compliance, and communicate clearly across the team to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Duty Manager role.
• Experience in managing a high pressure, fast-paced, high-volume bar.
• Effective communicator who’s able to share their vision with the team.
• Exceptional guest service provider with a genuine passion for the operation.
• Passionate about team building and staff development.
• Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Holds a current Responsible Conduct of Gambling

The Duty Manager is a fast-paced role responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a Licensed Venue, Cruise Bar.
