Job summary

eTeam is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Program Manager to lead CRM transformation and AI-enabled business changes across Sales, Customer Engagement, and Technology teams in Sydney/Melbourne.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program delivery, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Dynamics, Copilot, Power Platform. You will drive adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or enterprise technology delivery experience.
• Experience leading CRM transformation and digital workplace initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM, automation, and AI initiatives across Sales, Customer Engagement, and Technology teams.
• Drive Microsoft Copilot use cases and AI adoption to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Oversee Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors; govern risks and dependencies.
• Track business outcomes, adoption metrics, and value realization.
