Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent in Australia seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM/CCM Lead to orchestrate business-wide capabilities on the Dynamics 365 Sales platform. You will own roadmaps, backlog prioritisation, and vendor collaboration with Capgemini to deliver measurable business value.

This techno-functional role emphasizes governance, SLAs, and transition to BAU, guiding the platform through major releases and ongoing enhancements. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Sales.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of D365 configuration and business processes.
• Experience in Product Owner/CRM Lead or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager between business stakeholders and the external delivery partner (Capgemini).
• Own and manage the Dynamics 365 Sales platform from a business and functional perspective.
• Drive product roadmap development, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, user stories, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Facilitate governance forums with business stakeholders and guide prioritisation decisions.
• Review and challenge vendor-proposed solutions, estimates, and technical approaches.
• Support transition of project deliverables into BAU operations, including validation of documentation and backlog items.
• Oversee ALM processes and ITSM with incidents, changes, and releases.
