Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in large enterprises.
• Proven delivery of CRM or digital platform transformations, including phased migration.
• Strong financial and budget management experience across large programs.
• Skilled in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration in matrix organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Lead a phased, multi-wave rollout from foundational capability to enterprise-wide parity.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with regular workshops, steering forums, and executive reporting.
• Manage program plan, milestones, RAID, change control, and stage gates.
