Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Capability Lead for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform to drive technical direction and delivery excellence across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform modernization programs in APAC.

You will lead architecture, mentor delivery teams, and develop reusable IP while engaging in presales and client engagements to deliver impactful outcomes. With 10+ years in CRM engineering and a strong cloud/AI mindset, you will help accelerate transformations and elevate customer

Qualifications

10+ years of CRM/customer engagement engineering and architecture.
Strong background in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Insights, Contact Center) and Power Platform.
Experience in defining technical standards, designing complex solutions, and mentoring delivery teams.
Familiarity with Copilot in Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and AI adoption in customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform modernization projects.
Build reusable IP and accelerators, including migration frameworks and reference architectures.
Mentor and develop delivery teams through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Drive presales and client engagement with technical presentations and trusted advisor relationships.
