Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM/customer engagement engineering and architecture.
• Strong background in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Insights, Contact Center) and Power Platform.
• Experience in defining technical standards, designing complex solutions, and mentoring delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Copilot in Dynamics 365, Azure AI services, and AI adoption in customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform modernization projects.
• Build reusable IP and accelerators, including migration frameworks and reference architectures.
• Mentor and develop delivery teams through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

About the Role

Leadership: This role reports to Karthik Srinivasan, ANZ Delivery Manager - Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, who is based in Sydney. He fosters a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning while empowering teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Capability Lead - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, you will own the technical direction and delivery excellence of our Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform capability. You will lead the technical execution of complex customer engagement platform modernisation programs, enabling clients to migrate from legacy CRM and contact centre systems (Salesforce, Genesys, Cisco, Siebel) to modern Dynamics 365 solutions. We will count on you to balance hands‑on technical leadership with strategic capability development, mentor delivery teams, and drive innovation in customer engagement and low‑code architectures.

Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead technical architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform modernisation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence while managing complex technical risks
• Build reusable IP and accelerators including migration frameworks, proof‑of‑concepts, and reference architectures that scale across APAC and drive efficiency across engagements
• Mentor and develop delivery teams through technical guidance, training, and knowledge sharing, while contributing to hiring and building a culture of technical excellence
• Drive presales and client engagement by participating in discovery, solutioning, delivering technical presentations, and building trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of CRM/customer engagement engineering and architecture with a proven track record delivering complex Dynamics 365 CRM and CCaaS modernisation programs, including legacy platform migrations
• Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Contact Center), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio), Dataverse, and cloud integration patterns
• Solution architecture and technical leadership experience with demonstrated success in defining technical standards, designing complex solutions, and mentoring delivery teams
• AI and innovation mindset with familiarity of Copilot in Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio agents, Azure AI services, and commitment to driving AI adoption in customer engagement solutions
