Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in large enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of CRM or digital platform transformation with phased migration and legacy decommissioning.
• Strong financial and budget management skills for programs of comparable scale.
• Skilled in Agile delivery methods and matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership that influences cross-functional teams with clear, structured communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for a large-scale CRM and digital platform transformation across multiple workstreams.
• Lead a phased, multi-wave rollout from foundational capability to enterprise-wide parity and enhancement.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams with workshops, steering forums, and executive reporting.
• Manage program plan, milestones, RAID, change control, stage gates, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects, and Product Owners to translate requirements into deliverable workstreams.
• Apply Agile delivery, balancing governance with iterative delivery and strong budget oversight.
