Peoplebank invites applications for a CRM Engineer to lead planning and delivery of CRM capabilities. You will design, implement, and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, partnering with platform leadership and delivery teams to translate business needs into a seamless user experience.

5+ years in CRM engineering, strong Dynamics 365 and Power Platform skills, and API integration experience are required.

The role

You'll plan and coordinate CRM team outcomes while developing, implementing, and maintaining the CRM platform. You'll partner closely with platform leadership and delivery teams to translate business requirements into a seamless user experience.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience as a CRM Engineer / Dynamics 365 Engineer (or similar)
• Strong hands-on capability with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Proven integration experience using web services/APIs
• Development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Ability to optimise CRM performance, protect data integrity, and improve user adoption
• Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
