Job summary

Umbrella Club is seeking an experienced CRM Developer to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions in a Melbourne-based environment.

You will build portals, automate workflows, and integrate CRM with external systems while collaborating with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver robust data and user experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a CRM Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.
• Experience with Power Automate, plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize CRM solutions, workflows, fields, views, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages / Power Apps Portals and custom front-end components.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and integrations.
• Develop custom plugins, APIs, and integrations with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and external systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Support data migration, cleansing, integration, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform performance optimization.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing.

About You

• 6+ years of experience as a CRM Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.
• Experience with Power Automate, plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, and ETL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is desirable.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform certifications are advantageous.
