Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes.
• Prepare and update stop service lists and related data.
• Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets.
• Work closely with colleagues and leadership to reduce aged debt and minimize financial risk.
