Job summary

Swoop Telecom in Sydney is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract. You will own overdue accounts, drive collections, and strengthen customer relationships through timely, accurate communications.

About the Opportunity

As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in improving cash flow and strengthening customer relationships through proactive account management.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of overdue accounts, engage directly with customers, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

More specifically, you will:

• Manage overdue accounts through high-volume outbound calls to secure payments and reduce aged debt
• Prioritise and work through debtor lists based on risk and ageing
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements
• Identify and escape account issues (e.g. disputes or queries) and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly

You’re a confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven, high-volume environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working proactively to achieve results.

• Experience in accounts receivable or credit collections
