Michael Page in Brisbane is seeking a collections professional to manage a portfolio of outstanding customer accounts and actively contact customers to recover overdue payments.

You will work with finance and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, set up payment solutions, and maintain detailed notes. The role offers a 6-month contract with WFH flexibility and proximity to public transport.

Qualifications

• 6 month contract in collections or credit control.
• Confidence managing a portfolio of outstanding accounts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to have sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies.

• Previous experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable or a similar role.
