Job summary

Social Soup is seeking a Content & Creator Manager for a 6-12 month contract to drive creator-led campaigns across social platforms in Australia. You will coordinate across creators, content and campaign delivery, ensuring each piece of content is engaging, on-brief and set to perform.

You’ll develop briefs, review content, manage approvals and amplification, and leverage performance insights to deliver strong outcomes for leading brands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering creator-driven campaigns on social media platforms.
• Ability to brief and develop creator content, reviewing and approving outputs.
• Comfort with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok and emerging channels.
• Creative, organised, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Understanding of creator rates, usage rights, and campaign budgets.

We’re looking for a Content & Creator Manager (6-12 Month Contract) to help bring creator-led campaigns to life across social platforms.

Social Soup is an award-winning Australian influencer marketing agency with 18 years of experience connecting brands, creators and communities. We create campaigns that feel authentic, perform strongly and deliver real impact.

The role

You’ll work across creators, content and campaign delivery, helping to ensure every piece of content is engaging, on-brief and built to perform.

From developing creator briefs and reviewing content to managing approvals, amplification and performance insights, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality campaigns for our clients. You’ll work closely with our Client and Account teams, providing content expertise while supporting creators to produce their best work.

You are

Experienced in creator content, influencer marketing or social media campaigns

Confident managing campaigns from briefing and content development through to approvals and reporting

Comfortable working across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and emerging social channels

Creative, organised and attentive to the details that make content successful

Able to use performance insights to strengthen content and campaign outcomes

Collaborative, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Commercially aware, with an understanding of creator rates, usage rights and campaign budgets
