We Are Social is seeking a Social Media Manager in Sydney to drive fast-paced, always-on content for key clients. You’ll own daily outputs that keep brands at the center of conversations, combining native platform insight with high-energy storytelling.

You’ll spot trends in real time, shoot content on location, and shepherd ideas from concept to publication. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in social/editorial work and a strong creator portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a social, editorial, or agency environment.
• Portfolio showing content that resonates on social platforms.
• Proficient with mobile editing tools such as CapCut/Canva.

Responsibilities

• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and stills.
• Spot emerging trends and turn them into brand-relevant content.
• Lead ideas from brainstorm to client approval and publish.
• Shoot on location at live events and brand moments.
