Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media experience, ideally agency-side, across brands and categories.
• Ideas-driven with big, platform-native, audience-first thinking.
• Strong copywriter with tone-of-voice versatility across brands.
• Ability to script, shoot, and edit content solo.
• Experience running influencer campaigns from strategy to delivery.
• Community management and performance reporting experience.
• Knowledge of trends, formats, and platform updates.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders with strategic and hands-on delivery.
• Highly organised, collaborative, and passionate about social culture, creators and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ideate social-first content, from always-on formats to campaign moments and reactive opportunities.
• Help develop social strategies, content pillars and formats for retained clients, campaigns and pitches.
• Write in client tone, crafting sharp, platform-native copy.
• Identify emerging creators, platform trends and partnership opportunities.
• Lead influencer and creator activity end to end: strategy, outreach, contracting, briefing and delivery.
• Shoot and edit content on your phone when needed.
• Bring social thinking to new business pitches and onboarding.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights and recommendations.
