Qualifikationen

• Experience developing social campaign concepts and creative strategy.
• Hands-on experience building and running Meta ads.
• Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling and what makes people pay attention.
• Confidence writing briefs and giving clear creative direction.
• Experience working with creators, designers or production teams.
• Agency experience and skincare/eCommerce background preferred.
